History
The chapel was probably erected in the 19th century, certainly for the purpose of a cemetery chapel. As long as the parish church operated in the town, requiems were held in it. In the fall of 1959, when the Soviets closed the parish church, the believers immediately transferred the statues of the church to the small cemetery chapel. It was the only functioning Catholic church in the town for more than three decades. The church is still operating.
